Consistent Bedtime Routine

This is crucial to every human not only kids. Just like you love predictability, so does your baby. When your baby is aware of what is up next, he/she is more likely to accept it. However, many parents go wrong here by skipping some nights or some activities.

Ensure The Baby Is Content

By content I mean, you make sure that she’s well fed, cozy, well dressed and the temperature in the room is ideal. It may be difficult to identify what your baby likes, but you better try out several jammies.

However, keep in mind that kids are very picky when it comes to this stuff, so always ensure that everything is just right.

Get Your Baby Down But Awake

Many parents have tried this and found it to be somewhat hard. The essence of this is to train your baby to fall asleep on their own. This is possible if you get your daughter/ son down awake.

  • Ensure that conditions in your baby bedroom is always consistent. If your baby wakes up at night, make sure the lights and sounds in the room are the same as when the baby fell asleep.
